My name is Jill Caruso, and I'm the owner of All The Pastabilities and the upcoming Salud Bar. I grew up in Northern New Jersey, moved around the Northeast a bit, and ended up back in New Jersey.  What can I say, there's no place like home!

Working in the restaurant/hospitality industry for over 20 years, I felt like it was time to take everything I learned and step out on my own. After raising kids (lucky mom of 4 and Gigi to 1) I needed to find a purpose and passion that was just mine. From my love of cooking and entertaining to the skills I learned in the various positions I held in the field, All The Pastabilities was born.

 

Now I'm off to the world of mobile bars, and I am so excited for this new adventure! My husband, family, and friends have had my back from day one, and I couldn't be more grateful to these wonderful people. My priority with both of these ventures is to provide high quality, locally sourced, craft food and drink to each and every client and guest I serve. I believe in supporting local business (I LOVE a woman owned business) and a proud supporter and ally of the LGBTQ community.
